Allardyce wants a fit England

New England manager Sam Allardyce has stated that he wants a fit team to represent England.

He said that he is not satisfied with the fitness level displayed by the England team and that he wants improvement on that front. He believes that it is a lack of fitness that resulted in the defeat against Iceland and that he does not want a repeat of this performance in future tournaments.

The new England manager said that he would be using his own experience to motivate the players to boost their fitness level. Indeed Sam Allardyce has been the victim of a heart scare and said that he has had to make changes to his lifestyle ever since. He added that he had been told by doctors to control his diet, quit drinking and to exercise regularly. He said that it is the same thing that he will be telling the players and that they will have to follow his instructions.

He said that he really needs self-control to follow the diet he has been prescribed by his doctors. Furthermore, he has to hit the gym up to five times a week in order to remain in good condition. He said that he would try to motivate his players to do the same thing if they want to succeed at the highest level. He believes that England has the necessary qualities to succeed at the highest level, and it is important that the players prepare themselves well. He said that it is his duties to help the players prepare themselves and that he will do everything he can to help the team win trophies in international competition.

He said that at the moment he would be focusing on improving the player’s fitness level, and then he will deal with the tactics.
